The history of Boscovs
Boscovs was founded in 1911 by a man named Solomon Boscov (Sol for short). He had been a traveling salesman previously, and he opened up his first store in Reading, Pennsylvania. The store is still headquartered there today! He expanded thorughout the 1940s, and today there are 50 Boscovs locations. They have plans to continue expanding their line of department stores.
